Assistant Manager - Sedaya Catur Group

• Built and launched HRIS v2 from scratch — a full-featured HR system with payroll, employee self-service, and bank transfer modules, available on iOS, Android, and web.

• Initiated and led the company's Odoo Official Partnership, handling ERP implementation for clients in the consulting and retail/trading industries.

• Designed and deployed end-to-end network infrastructure: LAN setup, PABX phone system, and a TrueNAS-based shared storage with remote access via Mikrotik port forwarding.

• Delivered a complete network and PABX installation project for a client company in Pontianak.

• Developed Coretax Supporting Tools for internal tax operations, including a DJP data integration add-on built in JavaScript.

• Delivered private projects: a Project Management App and QLC E-Learning App.

• Built Weighbridge Application (WBAPPS) deployed across 4 manufacturing plants, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV for real-time operational data sync.

• Developed an IT Asset Management System used across the entire Cerestar Group.

• Built Hatoban, a material search and request app to streamline warehouse operations.

• Led network infrastructure setup for a newly acquired plant using Fortigate routers.

• Managed servers, NAS, and full IT operations for the group.

• Developed and maintained an ERP system using ADempiere (Java) for a flour manufacturing operation.
